Your Job
Due to the continued growth of our company, we are recruiting a sales specialist to work in our contact centre on Doddington Road. Your role will be to deal with our clients in the following areas ( please note there is no cold calling , we receive over 120 referrals per day)
Dealing with inbound clients enquiring about our services, building a relationship of trust, and promoting our services.
With your in-depth product knowledge, youll be matching our clients to the best service for them and closing with enthusiasm where appropriate on suitable products.
Dealing with existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Being a voice of the Simpler law Brand and maintaining our proud level of service.
Job Requirements
Customer Focused with excellent communication & organisation skills
Committed, ambitious and personally driven to perform to key KPIs.
Able to access a database.
Admin Skills.
Can build rapport with clients.
Able to work with energy as part of a team.
Minimum of 2 years experience in dealing in a customer focused sales environment.
This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm
