We’re Hiring: Customer Service Advisor – Harlow (Office-Based)

£28,000 + Great Culture | Growing E-Commerce Platform

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor with a direct-to-consumer (D2C) and e-commerce background to join our friendly, fast-paced team in Harlow.

What you’ll do:

✅ Respond to customers via phone, email & live chat

✅ Handle orders, returns & delivery queries with ease

✅ Make thoughtful product recommendations

✅ Keep CRM & fulfilment systems accurate (Zendesk experience a plus!)

✅ Collaborate with fulfilment & warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery

What you’ll bring:

Experience in D2C / e-commerce customer service

Warm, proactive communication style

Strong organisation skills & attention to detail

Bonus: a passion for sport or knowledge of Amazon/web sales
