Candour Talent are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their client’s team in Blackwood.

* Employment Type: Full Time/Permanent

* Working Hours: Mon-Fri

* Salary: £28-29k

An excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing manufacturing company in Blackwood. This role would suit a customer-focused and target-driven individual with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.

The Role:

* Receive, process, and manage customer requirements

* Deal with incoming enquiries over the phone and via email

* Update customers regularly on order status

* Arrange weekly calls with key customers to discuss any service

* General day-to-day management of customer information

* Liaise with hauliers to arrange and coordinate deliveries

* Liaise and coordinate new product launches

* Liaise with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met

The Ideal Candidate:

* Experience in a customer service / sales role, or similar.

* Good standard of education, with a degree preferred but not essential

* Excellent communication and numerical skills

* MS Office suite with SAGE 200 experience an advantage

* Able to drive and own transport
