A Customer Service Advisor opportunity has arisen within the busy membership services team at our client,a leading international membership organisation, where you will be responsible for providing customer help, support and guidance to members and non-members contacting the departmentwith enquiries, complaints and queries relating to products and services. You will be providing a high level of service across various touch points including inbound and outbound calls, e-mail, webchat and social media.
