About the Role
Challender Recruitment is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to join a leading automotive bodyshop team in Aldershot. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and friendly service.

* Manage bookings, schedule repairs, and keep customers updated throughout the process.

* Liaise with insurance companies and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

* Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, job cards, and compliance documentation.

* Maintain accurate records in line with company standards.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in a customer service role within the automotive or bodyshop sector is highly desirable.

* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* IT literate with experience using CRM systems.

* A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
