In this role you will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, processing orders, and supporting various departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery. This is a fast-paced, varied role ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys multi-tasking, and is ready to build strong relationships across the business. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and handle enquiries professionally. Accurately process customer orders from email, phone, and fax. Generate invoices, order acknowledgments, and provide general admin support. Liaise with the warehouse and delivery partners to ensure timely dispatch.
