Pay: £12.30 per hour Job Description: Customer Services / Data Entry - Temporary Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5 pm, Friday 9.00 am to 5 pm. 37 hours per week. Our client a manufacturer of mobility power wheelchairs for adults and children from their facility based in Brierley Hill. Due to expansion they have a need to take on an additional customer services person on a temporary basis. Customer Support Offer help and support to new and existing customers. Respond effectively and timely to customer queries received via phone and email, relating to orders, pricing and products etc. Work as a team to ensure the departments metrics are adhered to Supporting Sales Managers with territory support Process quality complaints into our Complaints Management System and advising dealers of their preventative action Develop a good working relationship with internal customers to ensure effective external customer service Process quality complaints into the Complaints Management System gathering all evidence required Account management Processing credits Issuing customer pro active order books weekly Managing a product segment backlog Raise awareness of demonstration loan stock available General administration duties MANDATORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Observe at all times the business code of conduct “Do the Right Thing”. Perform role in accordance with all relevant quality standards and adhere to all relevant processes / policies within the GMS. Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety / Environmental and Welfare requirements. Ensure general housekeeping requirements are adhered to.
