Central Bristol office with hybrid working available after 3 months
Full Time - Monday - Friday between 08:30am-6:00pm

What you'll be doing:
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in delivering a professional, empathetic, and solution-focused experience over the phone. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound and outbound calls with clarity and care Resolving complex complaints with empathy and professionalism Collaborating with internal teams to find the best outcomes for customers Maintaining accurate customer records and audit trails Providing administrative support to ensure smooth service deliveryWhy apply?
