Supporting the bank s way of working to help as many customers as possible Maintaining relationships with colleagues in your department to support customers and maintain an awareness of the wider aims of the business Resolving complaints and errors quickly and making sure that the relationship with the customer is fully restored To join us in this role, you ll have experience of working in a customer service environment and managing relationships with customers. You ll enjoy applying your excellent organisational and time management skills to meet performance measures and customer needs.
