Customer Service and Sales Advisor

We're now looking for an Customer Service and Sales Advisor to join the Ammanford office and play a key role in developing customer relationships and driving business growth.

If you've worked in customer service have experience of upselling, cross selling, objection handling or any other sales experience such as account management and want to build a career in a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Processing orders and following up on quotes, turning them into confirmed sales Working closely with Regional Sales Managers to support and grow accounts Building and maintaining relationships with trade customers Re-engaging with lapsed or previous customers, promoting the value and quality of our products Supporting exhibitions, product launches, and customer site visits Keeping accurate records of quotes and enquiries for reporting and analysisWhat we're looking for

Previous experience in sales or customer service environment A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships Someone proactive who's happy to follow up leads and reach out to new customers Organised and able to manage quotes, orders, and enquiries effectively An interest in learning about products and adding value to customers, not just selling on priceWhat's in it for you
