You will manage both inbound and outbound calls, aiming to drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority.

Customer Service and Sales Executive Key Responsibilities: Provide first-class customer service across all interactions.

Engage in proactive outbound calls to generate revenue and meet sales targets.

Handle inbound enquiries efficiently, offering solutions and promoting services.

Maintain high standards of professionalism, empathy, and communication on every call.

Manage difficult conversations following company procedures, recording and escalating feedback when necessary.

Work towards achieving sales KPIs, including up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.

Support and contribute to a positive team environment while also working independently.

What Were Looking For: Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within a target-driven environment.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets.

Confidence in handling objections and problem-solving.

Proficiency with CRM/CMS systems and general IT literacy.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
