We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant who will be first point of contact for all suppliers and buyers across the business. The Customer Service Assistant will manage day-to-day enquiries, manage customer satisfaction, problem solving and supporting the loyalty with partnering businesses.
This role will be 5 days per week in the West London office.
