About You

Previous experience in a customer service, sales support or administrative role (healthcare or medical industry experience desirable but not essential) Empathetic, patient, and professional approach when dealing with customers Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail Confident using IT systems Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities A proactive team player committed to delivering high-quality service
