We are now seeking a Customer Service & Client Relations Executive who will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while supporting the growth of our London office. Although experience in sales is a strong advantage—particularly when identifying new business opportunities—the core focus of this role is outstanding customer service, client support, and relationship management.


The Role

This is a dynamic, client-facing position suited to someone who thrives on communication, enjoys helping clients, and can provide a polished, professional experience at every touchpoint.

You will be the first point of contact for many of our London-based customers, ensuring their enquiries, orders, and on-site collections are handled efficiently, warmly, and accurately. In addition, you'll use your commercial awareness and communication skills to introduce our services to potential clients, supporting the company’s ongoing growth efforts.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Client Support (Primary Focus)

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with clinics, distributors, and existing customers.
  • Deliver exceptional service, ensuring every client interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist and support clients collecting orders from the London office.
  • Manage follow-ups, repeat orders, and aftercare to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Resolve enquiries promptly and maintain a positive customer experience at all times.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs and ensure they receive the right products, support, and guidance.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for ongoing assistance and product information.

New Business Support (Sales Advantage)

While not a sales-heavy role, candidates with sales experience will be able to:

  • Confidently introduce our products and services to new clinics and businesses across London and the UK.
  • Identify opportunities for new business through excellent service and client engagement.
  • Support the expansion of our brand presence within the UK aesthetics market by presenting information clearly and professionally.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.

  • Hold a different degree but have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Speak clearly, confidently, and professionally on the phone.
  • Have experience in customer service or client-facing roles (essential).
  • Have sales experience or commercial awareness (a strong advantage, but not required).
  • Demonstrate natural rapport-building ability and a proactive mindset.

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written communication; native-level English fluency.
  • Confident, polished, and professional phone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable speaking with a broad range of business clients.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to identify and act on client needs.
  • Must be UK-based with full legal right to work.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time, in-office role.
  • Operating hours cover Monday to Sunday.
  • You will work five days per week, With one day off in the week and work either Saturday or Sunday.
