Our client, a progressive and positive asset finance lender, is looking to add a new Complaints/Customer Service Exec to their team. The business is looking for someone with prior experience dealing with B2B complaints. All candidates must have this prior complaints experience to be considered.

The business is looking for someone who is energetic and can bring a positivity to an already great culture within the team. This role offered hybrid working (2 days per week in the office in London) and looking to pay between £27k and £29 k basic salary.
