Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00 pm and Fridays 9.00am to 3.00pm.

Were recruiting an organised and detail-focused Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator to join a fast-paced, seasonal business with an international footprint. This role is ideal for someone on their 2nd or 3rd move who wants broader exposure across operations, supply chain planning, and international import/export logistics .
Youll support end-to-end supply chain operations , coordinating production schedules, managing stock control, liaising with UK and international suppliers, and handling international import/export documentation to ensure smooth global shipments. During peak trading periods, your ability to stay calm, accurate, and solutions-focused will be key.
Key Requirements: 25 years experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or shipping administration

Experience supporting international import/export processes and documentation

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis essential)

Strong organisational and planning skills within a fast-moving operations environment

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Amazon Seller Central experience (advantageous)
