Location: Knowsley Hourly Rate: £12-£16 Contract Type: Temporary About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to provide short-term support to a leading manufacturing company during a busy period. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, manage customer relationships, and ensure smooth order processing. Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email. Process orders accurately and maintain up-to-date records in ERP/CRM systems. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. Provide customers with updates on order status and resolve any issues promptly. Assist with administrative tasks and reporting for the customer service team.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or coordination, ideally within manufacturing or a similar industry. Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is desirable.
