FrameWorks is a Film & Television equipment hire and solutions company - we rent cameras, lenses and audio equipment to our clients who produce major productions such as; Im A Celebrity: Legends, Britains Got Talent, Glastonbury Festival, Paris Olympic Games and many more.

We are office based near Godalming, Surrey (approximately situated between Guildford, Horsham and Petersfield)

You would be working as part of a small (10 people) and friendly team answering calls/emails from our existing clients to assist them with everything related to Film & TV equipment rental solutions.

Your day to day duties would include:

Answering calls from our existing clients Preparing quotes Liaising with our Engineering team for support and coordination of bookings Responding if a client needs urgent support while they are on a shoot (eg if something gets broken and a replacement is needed urgently) - this involves a small amount of monitoring emails after work / at the weekend.
