This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a multi-functional team across customer service, sales support, and administration—driving an outstanding end-to-end experience for B2B customers.


The Role:

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing customer service team

• Ensure exceptional service delivery across all channels

• Build strong relationships with key clients and manage escalations

• Collaborate across the business to enhance the customer journey

• Drive KPIs, continuous improvement, and best practice


What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Customer Service Manager role within a B2B environment

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

• Analytical, solution-focused mindset

• Track record of delivering against KPIs
