Key Responsibilities
As part of the Member Services team, you will:
Process Claims: Handle sickness and life insurance claims with care and accuracy
Deliver Excellent Customer Support: Respond to member enquiries via phone, email, and post
Provide Product Information: Offer guidance on services and policies
Manage Transactions: Process direct debits and maintain data accuracyWhat You'll Bring
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role
Insurance Knowledge: Desirable but not essential
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organisation
High attention to detail and accuracy
