Key Responsibilities
As part of the Member Services team, you will:
Process Claims: Handle sickness and life insurance claims with care and accuracy Deliver Excellent Customer Support: Respond to member enquiries via phone, email, and post Provide Product Information: Offer guidance on services and policies Manage Transactions: Process direct debits and maintain data accuracyWhat You'll Bring
