Join our team at Hayton Coulthard Transport Ltd as a Customer Service Operator at our busy Twynholm depot. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with customers to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Build strong customer relationships while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Respond promptly to queries via email, phone, and in-person interactions. Work in partnership with other departments across the Hayton Coulthard business unit. Navigate and utilise multiple internal and external IT systems effectively. Prepare and update spreadsheets as requested by customers. Uploading PODs - working alongside drivers and subcontractors to ensure their PODs are received in a timely manner. Carry out efficient reporting for all outstanding work.
