Job Description
Employment Type: Full-Time site based\n\nOverview\n\nWe are searching for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our clients manufacturing operations. This role blends customer engagement with operational coordination, including inventory tracking, demand forecasting, production planning support, and fulfilment oversight. You’ll be a key link between our clients, production teams, and logistics partners, ensuring smooth order flow and customer satisfaction.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution\n\n * Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness\n\n * Coordinate with sales, production, and warehouse teams to confirm product availability and lead times\n\n * Monitor raw materials and finished goods inventory levels; flag shortages or overstock risks\n\n * Support demand planning by analysing customer order patterns and seasonal trends\n\n * Assist in forecasting demand for key products and raw materials\n\n * Liaise with production planning to align customer requirements with manufacturing schedules\n\n * Track fulfilment status and proactively communicate delays or changes to customers\n\n * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and logistics updates\n\n * Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and operational efficiency\n\nQualifications\n\n * Experience in customer service within manufacturing or supply chain environments\n\n * Familiarity with ERP systems, order management platforms, and inventory tracking tools\n\n * Strong communication and relationship-building skills\n\n * Ability to interpret production schedules and inventory reports\n\n * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills\n\n * Diploma or equivalent; degree in business or supply chain \n\nPreferred Skills\n\n * Knowledge of manufacturing processes and terminology\n\n * Experience with demand forecasting and production planning tools\n\n * Understanding of SKUs, and product lifecycle\n\n * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n * Competitive salary and benefits package\n\n * Opportunities for growth in operations and supply chain management\n\n * Collaborative and inclusive work environment\n\n * Training in product knowledge and manufacturing workflows
