Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with renting, returning, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our goal of delivering outstanding customer service.Main DutiesIdentify and exceed customer requirementsEnsure all administrative tasks are completed dailyCoordinate and facilitate the delivery and collection of rental vehicles to and from designated locationsEfficiently manage the rental process, including verifying customer information, processing payments and accurately completing rental agreementsMaintain a full understanding of retail rental proceduresConsistently comply with the Thrifty processAnswering phone calls and responding to emailsDevelop in-depth knowledge of each product to maximize customer experience and identify incremental sales opportunitiesWork within Service Level Agreements to ensure the branch meets all its KPI objectivesUndertake additional duties at the request of your line manager, which may include driving and cleaning vehicles, depending on company requirements.Skills, Experience, and Qualifications RequiredExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong administrative skillsProficient computer skillsA full driving license (held for at least 12 months).About us:Thrifty is the largest privately owned leasing company in the UK with 85 locations nationwide.We have become one of the leading rental companies in the UK thanks to our comprehensive fleet and excellence in customer service.
