Main duties: Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for all enquires and calls from retailers providing outstanding service
The role: - Be responsible for all enquiries via phone and email responding in a timely manner - Resolve any customer complaints - Manageorder processing ensuring all is recorded accurately - General admin including invoices and order management - Liaise with internal departments ensuring products are distributed accurately - Support the sales team by providing product and order information - Ensure all customer records are updated and maintained on the CRM system
