We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a small, friendly team based in Portbury. This is a fully office-based role where you will play a key part in supporting customers and the sales team by handling phone calls, emails, and sales orders, while delivering a high level of customer service at all times. The Role You will be responsible for: Answering incoming customer calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner
Processing sales orders received from customers and the external sales team
Taking ownership of customer enquiries and resolving them where possible
Liaising with internal departments to ensure queries are resolved efficiently
Providing ongoing support to the sales team and sales managers
