The Role:

·      Provide excellent customer service answering enquiries by phone, live chat and written communication

·      Assess applications and review documents using established guidelines and quality standards

·      Handle reassessment requests and complaints with professionalism and care

·      Support quality assurance, compliance and fraud prevention activity

·      Work closely with colleagues across the wider team, including contributing to training and shared service goals

Person Requirements:

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German

·      Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail

·      Able to research complex cases and make clear, accurate decisions

·      Comfortable working at pace and adapting to changing priorities

·      Degree qualified or able to demonstrate equivalent relevant experience
