Most of your calls will be outbound, reaching out to customers to guide them through the first steps of their claim. This is a sales-through-service role, combining empathy with performance, where success means supporting customers with care and meeting clear goals

What youll do
This isnt your average call centre role. Youll:
Call potential customers (no cold leads) helping them take the right next step
Take time to understand their situation, ask the right questions, and listen with empathy
Guide them through their claim so they know what happens next
Overcome barriers with customers to achieve a first call resolution where possible
Keep conversations on track by following our clear process and meeting quality standards, protecting both you and the customer
Work towards clear and achievable conversion goals through providing great service, knowing every success means more people get the justice and ...
