Customer Service & Sales Advisor – Motorhomes & Caravans

Location: Staveley, Chesterfield Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. One to two Saturdays per month, 8:30am–2:00pm (paid at time and a half)

Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor on behalf of a respected, long‑established motorhome and caravan business based in Staveley, Chesterfield.

You’ll be joining a small, friendly, hands‑on family‑run team where full training and ongoing support are provided. Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk‑in customers, offering friendly and helpful product guidance.

Build rapport, understand customer needs, and support them through the full sales journey.

Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.

Process orders and payments accurately using the till system.

*

Recommend additional products and upsell where appropriate.

*

Liaise with suppliers regarding product details, pricing, and availability.

*

Maintain strong relationships with key account customers.

*

Support stock management, documentation, and occasional trade events.

Candidate Requirements
