Customer Service & Sales Advisors - Fixed Term Contract
Birchwood, 100% office-based

We're recruiting for a client in Birchwood who is looking for Customer Service & Sales Advisors to join their team on a fixed-term contract.

Contract details:

Start date: Friday 23rd January

End date: Friday 1st May

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Saturdays: 2 Saturdays in every 4 (9am-12.30pm)

Location: Fully office-based (no hybrid/remote)

The role:
This is a fast-paced, inbound customer service role handling approximately 40-80 calls per day. You'll be speaking with customers about a range of issues, including:

Supporting vulnerable customers

Handling and resolving late or lost deliveries

Validating customer ID

Discussing and offering packages across different fuel types

Managing difficult conversations calmly and professionally

While customer care is the priority, you'll also need the confidence to identify and suggest upsell opportunities where appropriate.

About you:

Experienced in a fast-paced customer service or call centre environment

Comfortable handling challenging conversations

Patient, empathetic and resilient

Confident communicator with good attention to detail

Able to balance customer support with commercial awareness

Must be able to commit to the full duration of the contract

This role would suit someone who enjoys structured, busy environments and takes pride in delivering good customer outcomes - even in tricky situations.
