You must be a high performer within the customer service world and be seeking an opportunity where you want to add huge value to an already successful business. Experience of e-commerce or similar is highly advantageous as is a passion for sport but ultimately you need to be the type of individual who takes their role seriously and is prepared to react to issues out of hours where required. However, our client is seeking an individual who can build strong customer service processes to ensure less issues need to be reacted to in the long term and ultimately improve the customer experience.
