The Role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
  • Process orders, returns, and customer requests accurately
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records on internal systems
  • Provide product and service information clearly
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve customer experience

About You

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A helpful, patient, and professional approach
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Confident using computers and basic software systems
  • Previous customer service experience is helpful but not essential (training provided)
