The Role
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Process orders, returns, and customer requests accurately
- Maintain up-to-date customer records on internal systems
- Provide product and service information clearly
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve customer experience
About You
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A helpful, patient, and professional approach
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Confident using computers and basic software systems
- Previous customer service experience is helpful but not essential (training provided)
