We are looking for confident customer services heroes to join us as?Service Advisors in our busy Service departments at our JLR Dealerships inSouthampton. You do not need automotive experienceto be successful in this role?-?we will train?that, but?some form of customer services experience would be beneficial.? The Opportunity: As a Service Advisor you will be the?first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicle in for a service.? In this role you will?be:? Meeting and greeting customers;? Booking vehicles into the diary;? Ensuring the customer database is updated and accurate;? Support the profitability of the service department by using trained and professional sales techniques;? Ensuring customers are familiar with the variety of workshop services;? Accurately recording vehicle faults;? Liaising with the service technicians to keep track of vehicles progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready for customer collection on time;? Obtaining authority and payments for repairs.
