Customer Service Specialist – Healthcare

Hybrid | Slough, Berkshire (3 days office / 2 days home)

Up to £30,000 + £6,000 Bonus

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll coordinate and support medical device product demonstrations, working closely with internal teams and healthcare professionals including doctors and nurses. You’ll manage schedules, organise logistics, and ensure every demonstration runs smoothly. This is a varied, fast-paced role where attention to detail, strong organisation, and great communication are key.


You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, within an established healthcare organisation known for its professionalism and high standards. The company offers genuine stability, development opportunities, and a positive culture with regular team events.


What we’re looking for:

✔ Customer service experience (B2B)

✔ Highly organised with strong attention to detail

✔ Confident communicator comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals

What’s on offer:

• Salary up to £30,000

£6,000 bonus paid quarterly

Hybrid working (2 days from home)

25 days holiday + pension
