As Customer Service Team Leader for our UK & Ireland operations, you will play a key role in leading our customer service team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering outstanding experiences to our clients. This role combines hands-on portfolio management with team coordination, process improvement, and strong collaboration across functions.
What you’ll do
- Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service team, ensuring high service standards and consistent performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Service & Asset Manager to design, implement, and optimise team processes.
- Act as a point of reference for systems and processes, ensuring data integrity and compliance with best practices.
- Monitor performance against KPIs, analyse reports, and drive proactive problem-solving.
- Manage your own portfolio of customers, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
- Oversee order flow, stock control, master data accuracy, and support with invoicing and queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Quality, and Operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Travel occasionally (up to 20%) to other EMEA locations for meetings and training.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer service, with at least 3 in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Teams, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they impact service.
