Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our well respected client in the Devizes area who are actively looking to recruit a Customer Service Team Leader on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
  • Management of the department and client portfolio
  • Dealing with queries and processing orders as well as more complex customer service issues
  • Advising on new products and services
  • Supervision of a team including reviews, development, coaching and training
  • Collaboration with a number of other departments
What you will need to succeed:
  • Exceptional customer service and administration experience
  • Proven track record within a similar role, ideally from a technical product range
  • Strong staff management skills including training and mentoring
  • Great attention to detail, numeracy skills and the ability to lead by example in this hands-on role
  • Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with a variety of internal departments and clients
