The Role:
As Team Leader, you will oversee a team of customer service agents, ensuring KPIs and service standards are met while maintaining a supportive and positive working environment. This is a busy and rewarding role, where compassion and efficiency go hand-in-hand.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach and support a team of customer service advisors
Monitor performance, provide regular feedback and conduct 1:1s
Handle escalated calls with professionalism and empathy
Ensure calls and enquiries are responded to promptly and accurately
Support training and onboarding of new staff
Collaborate with management to improve processes and service quality
