Thiswillbeachievedwithinaspecificserviceareaincludingfacetoface(includingbutnotlimitedtoCustomerServiceCentres),digital,telephones,andservicedevelopment. MainResponsibilitiesCustomerServiceTeamLeader Tomanageateamacrossthecoreactivitiesoftheservicewithafocusondeliveringahighlevelofcustomerserviceandperformanceandstaffmanagement. Tospecialiseinoneofthefollowingareas:CustomerServiceCentres(facetoface),DigitalContactCentre(includingbutnotrestrictedtotelephones,socialmedia,inboxesanddigitalprocessing). TosupportanddeputiseforCustomerServiceManager,andtorepresenttheserviceatinternalandexternalmeetings,asrequired Toprovidecomprehensiveadviceandbeabletodealwithcomplex,contentiousortechnicalenquiries. Toensuretheprovisionofhighquality,professionalcustomerfacingservicesandimprovedserviceoutcomes. Torespondeffectivelyandaccuratelytoroutineenquiriesinaccordancewithprocedures. Toassistinthedeliveryofvariousservicefunctionsinaccordancewithprioritiesandservicedemand. Todemonstrateflexibilityandadaptabilityinthedrivetowardschangeandtheimprovementofprocesses. Tocomplywithstatute,legislation,discretionarypowers,councilstandingorders,councilpoliciesandcodesorstandardsofconducts. Responsetocomplaintsandfeedbacktostafffollowinginvestigationsasappropriate...
