Pay: £13.04 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members Make sure the store safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
