About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Vauxhall. This role is pivotal in delivering a high-quality aftercare service to residents, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from legal completion through the two-year warranty period and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary point of contact for residents, providing a professional and responsive service at all times

* Manage and coordinate all customer enquiries, defects, and service requests efficiently

* Deliver a seamless aftercare experience from legal completion through the warranty period and beyond

* Liaise with and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality resolution of reported issues

* Maintain clear, accurate, and timely communication with residents regarding progress and outcomes

* Support the wider Customer Service team in maintaining high standards of service delivery

* Monitor and track defects and service requests to ensure they are resolved within agreed timeframes

* Uphold company standards of excellence and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction

About You

* Proven experience in a customer service or aftercare role, ideally within housing, construction, or property

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

* A proactive and problem-solving approach

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

* High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service
