Description of Role

  • Key technical resource customers.
  • Focused on delivering proactive services such as education workshops, assessments and providing expert guidance.

  • Visit customers to train them and share industry and development expertise (travel may be expected for onsite deliveries).

  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Bookings, OneDrive, Loop, Lists, Forms, Stream, Whiteboard, Sway, Designer, Clipchamp, To Do, Planner, Project, M365 Copilot
  • Additional desired skills:
  • Experience with M365 back-up and recovery

Technical Experience

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and its various apps and services, including deployment, integration, and advanced configuration.
  • Track record of supporting customer digital transformation through proactive services, workshops, and technical assessments.

Role Requirements

  • Fluent English oral and written communication.
  • Strong technical writing, presentation and training skills.
  • Breadth of experience and knowledge across Microsoft 365.
  • The desire to upskill in new/additional technology areas.
