Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager, you will oversee all customer success deliverables for enterprise clients, ensuring excellent service and fostering strong relationships to support Ezra's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients throughout the delivery lifecycle, from post-sale to program completion.
- Serve as the main contact for program and delivery questions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales to support account growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Provide feedback to improve products and delivery.
- Generate reports and insights on client progress and engagement.
- Support revenue management and invoicing processes.
- Ensure accurate tracking of client spend and revenue activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Customer Success or related roles.
- Proven project management experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Passion for client needs and service excellence.
