Motive Group is working with a scaling startup in the tech and transportation space as they continue to grow the UK CS team.
You will own a portfolio of 20 clients and ensure the continued success of these relationships.
The Role and Requirements:
Strong stakeholder management
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a long-term strategic partner.
Renewal & negotiation capability
Run renewals end-to-end, including forecasting, commercial conversations, and internal alignment.
Growth & expansion mindset
Proactively identify and drive upsell opportunities (new sites, services, or use cases).
Data-led customer management
Use performance data (utilisation, trends, ROI, cost impact) to demonstrate value and influence decisions.
Structured account planning
Create and own success plans focused on retention, expansion, and multi-year commitments.
Customer business reviews
Lead regular, value-driven reviews covering performance, risks, improvements, and future growth.
