We are working with a leading hospitality tech business, as they continue to grow, they're looking for a Customer Success Implementation Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the bridge between product and customer — combining technical know-how, project management, and people skills to help clients unlock the full value of a powerful SaaS platform from day one. What You'll Be Doing Leading onboarding projects tailored to each client's unique needs and goals Coordinating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering Delivering engaging training and onboarding sessions that build client confidence Managing the technical setup and configuration of the platform Supporting clients with data integration and system connections Communicating timelines, deliverables, and potential risks clearly and consistently Troubleshooting challenges to keep projects on track Building strong, long-term client relationships that promote satisfaction and loyalty Feeding client insights back into the product team to influence future development Monitoring implementation performance and sharing updates with internal teams What They're Looking For Essential Experience: 3+ years in a Customer Success, Implementation, or Onboarding role (ideally in a SaaS environment...
