Job Description

Customer Success – pre & post sale

Financial Markets | Derivatives Analytics Platform

London / Remote-first

£60,000 – £80,000 + benefits

This is a high-impact, front-office facing role within a fast-growing financial technology firm redefining how derivatives professionals analyse, price and make trading decisions.

The platform is already embedded within top-tier investment banks, hedge funds and asset managers, used directly by traders in live environments. With continued growth and increasing demand, the business is hiring a Customer Success & Insights Manager to sit at the intersection of product, sales and client engagement.

This is called Customer Success but is actually a hybrid position combining pre-sales, product demonstration, client engagement and data-driven insights, with direct exposure to sophisticated market participants.

The Role

You’ll own the early-stage client lifecycle, from demo through to adoption and expansion, ensuring users fully understand and realise the value of the platform in real trading workflows.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across trading desks, acting as a credible advisor while also feeding real-world insight back into product and growth strategy.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Leading high-quality product demos for traders and market professionals (often multiple per day)
  • Managing trials and proof-of-concepts, driving engagement and conversion
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients using the platform in live trading scenarios
  • Analysing user behaviour and engagement data to identify risks, opportunities and growth signals
  • Proactively engaging users based on data-driven insights, not just inbound queries
  • Collaborating closely with product and leadership to shape roadmap and client experience
  • Identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts

What They’re Looking For

This role requires someone who can operate credibly with front-office professionals and quickly add value in a technical, fast-paced environment.

Key requirements:

  • Derivatives experience (essential) - you must understand the product landscape and be able to engage traders confidently
  • Background in capital markets, trading technology, or financial data platforms
  • Strong communication skills - able to clearly explain complex concepts to sophisticated users
  • Analytical capability - comfortable working with data, user behaviour and insights (Python/Excel or similar)
  • Experience in a client-facing role (pre-sales, customer success, solutions, or similar) within a technical or financial product
  • Strong academic background (STEM preferred)

Why This Role

  • Direct interaction with tier-one banks and hedge funds
  • High ownership role with real influence on growth, product and client outcomes
  • Blend of commercial, technical and analytical exposure
  • Fast-scaling, profitable business with strong market traction
  • Remote-first environment with flexibility and autonomy
  • Clear progression as the business continues to grow

The Opportunity

You’ll be joining a business at a pivotal stage - already trusted by major institutions, but still early enough for you to have a visible impact on how the function evolves.

If you enjoy being close to the market, working with sophisticated users, and combining client interaction with data and product thinking, this is a unique, high impact role in a fast growing fintech.
