We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our clients to understand their goals, support their success, and help drive business growth through trusted partnerships. What You’ll Do Build Exceptional Client Relationships : Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of accountsUnderstand each client’s business, challenges, and strategic goalsRun regular check‑ins, performance reviews, and value‑focused conversations Drive Customer Success & Value Delivery : Ensure clients adopt and maximise our products and servicesDeliver product demonstrations, training, and supportMonitor satisfaction and take proactive steps to enhance the client experience Enable Business Growth : Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunitiesCollaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teamsAdvocate for client needs to influence internal strategy and product development Use Data to Guide Success : Track account health, customer satisfaction, and adoption metricsPrepare insights and reports to support continuous improvement What You Bring Required : Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client ServicesProven ability to build strong client relationshipsExcellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisation skillsComfortable managing multiple accounts in dynamic environmentsExperience working with customers within the financial services sector Desired : Background in B2B SaaS or technology solutionsExperience identifying revenue‑growth opportunitiesData‑driven mindset and strong presentation skills Attributes Empathy, attention to detail, and a client‑first mindsetAbility to adapt quickly, collaborate effectively, and think creativelyWillingness to travel or work across time zones as needed What we offer We’re a remote‑first company across the UK, with regular off‑sites and in‑person gatherings that are always fun, motivating and team‑focused.
