Customer Service Agent – Chat-Based Support

Location: Bournemouth Town Centre (Hybrid – mostly office-based)

Salary: Up to £33,000 (dependent on experience)

We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent to join a fast-growing accounting software company that’s aiming to take on Xero. This innovative platform is already gaining strong traction in the market, and you’ll play a key role in supporting customers as the business continues to scale.

This is a chat-based support role. You’ll be helping users resolve issues, answering questions, and ensuring they get the most value from the software, all within a collaborative and supportive team environment.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing high-quality customer support via chat and email
  • Troubleshooting issues and guiding users through the software
  • Ensuring customers have a positive, seamless experience
  • Working closely with the wider team to share feedback and improve processes


What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in customer service or customer support (SaaS experience is a bonus)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • A problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail
  • Ability to commute to Bournemouth Town Centre within 45–60 minutes
