Were looking for a proactive and detail-driven Customer Support Officer/Manager to join our successful helicopter manufacturer, based in Yeovil. This is a high-profile, customer-facing role where youll support the delivery of business-critical projects while ensuring excellent service and communication with stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer support, coordination, and problem-solving skills, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.As a Customer Support Officer, youll act as a key link between customers, internal teams, and project stakeholders.
