This is a high-profile, customer-facing role where youll support the delivery of business-critical projects while ensuring excellent service and communication with stakeholders. As a Customer Support Officer , youll act as a key link between customers, internal teams, and project stakeholders. Youll support the smooth delivery of commissioned projects while ensuring customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
