They are offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer & Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships Provide customer account reports and forecasts to internal stakeholders Proven experience in a similar role such as Customer Administrator, Sales Administrator, or Account Manager Strong customer service and relationship management skills Confident IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and experience with CRM or ERP systems
