We’re working with a well-established, market-leading business offering a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Trainee to join their friendly and supportive technical team.

This is the perfect role for someone who is naturally tech-savvy, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to build a long-term career within a growing company.

What you’ll be doing:

* Supporting customers with technical queries and product support

* Troubleshooting issues and providing clear, helpful solutions

* Learning about a specialist product range (full training provided)

* Working closely with an experienced and welcoming team

What we’re looking for:

* A genuine interest in tech — whether that’s PCs, gadgets, gaming setups or hands-on tinkering

* Confident communication and a willingness to learn

* A positive, can-do attitude

* Any background in retail tech, phone shops, IT support or similar is a bonus — but not essential
